We charge a £10 callout fee plus £15 per half hour and £15 for each half hour or part half hour therafter. There may be an additional charge for travelling time dependant on your location but we try and group small jobs together to reduce travelling time and wastage.
Materials
The prices we quoted are for labour only. To keep costs down some customers source their own materials.
We add a small mark-up to materials we supply to reflect that fact that we are using out time and expertise to select and deliver the right materials. However, no mark-up is charged if we purchase materials during the time you are paying us to be on-site.

Payment
Many people enjoy the convenience of booking our engineers over the phone. Our office staff will discuss the works you require and give you an estimate of time for the works and therefore a guide as to the likely cost.
If this is agreed and we attend, on completion of the works to your satisfaction payment is taken by credit/debit card.
For larger jobs, we would prefer to make an appointment to visit you and calculate our estimate on site. Payment is then taken on satisfactory handover of the project.
Commercial accounts
Companies and landlords who wish to use us to take care of their everyday maintenance requirements can open an account with us. Invoices are to be paid strictly within 14 days.
Our guarantee
If you are ever dissatisfied, we will repair free of charge defects in any workmanship performed, pursuant to a paid invoice/credit/debit.
